Beniko (紅子, Beniko) is a former member of the Yamada Circus Troupe's Girls Group dance.
Appearance[edit | edit source]
Beniko is a young girl with shoulder length dark hair adorned by a fringe headband, dark eyes and full lips. She wears a floral patterned garment.

Beniko is a kind and compassionate girl that looks out for her fellow performers.
Background[edit | edit source]
Beniko grew up as an orphan and was taken in by the Yamada Circus Troupe to become a part of their Girls Group. With the troupe, Beniko performed all over Russia where their performances was met with a resounding success. They then made their return to Japan and began to prepare for their Karafuto tour in Toyohara.
Plot[edit | edit source]
When Genjirou Tanigaki constantly made mistakes during the Girls Group dance routine, causing him to get yelled at by Fumie Yamada and crying as a result, Beniko and the other girls try to comfort him. At the same time, Beniko warns them that if they don't hurry back to practice, Fumie will scold them. She calls out to Tanigaki and tells him that their Toyohara performance will be her last dance as she is graduating and will become adopted by someone in Toyohara. She then tells Tanigaki that she is glad that her last dance is with him and that she hopes to make the Karafuto performance a success.
During the Karafuto show, Beniko dances with the Girls Group as she looks over to Tanigaki and smiles at him. They continue and finishes their dance before heading inside where Tanigaki receives some praises from Fumie for his performance. The Girls Group congratulates and gives high fives to Tanigaki for having earned Fumie's compliments.
Once the show had finished, Beniko went out with everyone for the final bow in order to cover up the Russian hitmen's bodies being dragged away. Afterwards, Beniko consoled the other girls and Tanigaki as they cried over her graduating from the Girls Group and leaving the Yamada Circus Troupe.
