Summary
Asirpa with Retar continues their search of Sugimoto. On the other hand, Tsurumi appears and prevents the soldiers from executing Sugimoto. He takes Sugimoto to a secluded spot and interrogates him about his encounter with Ogata and offers him to join his group in search of gold Ainu, but Sugimoto refuses.
